I don't understand the siaifincgnce of historical repentance, either, or how that relates to reconciliation. However, I do know that healing is often tied to both repentance and forgiveness. I wonder if Rev. Tinker feels that way? I also wonder how he views the Hebrew's conquest of Canaan?
